AS I have said for the last few months, IEH is a shell game, they have no money and nobody will lend them money! game over for the Coyotes! The issue for IEH is that they have yet to get the COG to a more favorable lease agreement, COG does not have the latitude to so. Finally, the IEH pro forma was based on an offering price of 140MM, now the price is 160MM. if they couldn`t make the numbers work then, why would they be able to do it now?
